How the customisation process works

1. Place your order and upload your high-resolution photos.
2. We will email a proof for your approval – we require your email address to send proofs and to communicate any queries.
3. Reply to the proof within 48 hours to request changes; otherwise we will assume approval and continue production.
4. After approval we carry out quality inspection and dispatch.

Refunds, returns and production timing

Because this is a custom product, returns are restricted. Refund options depend on the stage of your order:

• If you request a refund immediately after ordering and design has not started, a full refund is available.
• If design has started, a refund of 50% is available.
• Once production has started, refunds or returns are not available.
