Ordering & customisation process

1. Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution frontal photo showing the face.
2. Provide the exact engraved text you want and a valid email address so we can send a proof.
3. We will create and email a proof for your approval.
4. Reply within 48 hours of the proof email; if no response is received we will assume approval and proceed to production.
5. After proof approval we perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Proofing, quality & colour notes

Proofing is essential to ensure likeness and high quality — you will receive a preview sample by email and we will revise it until you are satisfied. Please note skin colour cannot be matched 100% due to the nature of polymer clay and colours often bake slightly darker than they appear in photos.

Photo tips for best results

Upload a high-resolution, well-lit frontal photo with the face clearly visible. This produces the most accurate custom head and expression.
