2. We will email a proof for your approval. We require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you if issues arise.
3. Review the proof and reply within 48 hours. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed.
4. After approval we complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch your bobblehead.

Customisation, Modifications & Timing

You can request adjustments after the initial proof; however, additional modifications may extend the delivery time. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction — multiple rounds of changes will increase production time.

Photo Requirements

For the best likeness, upload a clear, high-resolution photo showing the face front-on. Good lighting and minimal obstructions (e.g. hair or sunglasses) help us achieve an accurate personalised bobblehead.
