Place your order and upload clear, high‑resolution photographs. We require your email address to send you a proof during production so you can confirm the likeness and engraving. Once you receive the proof email please reply within 48 hours — if we do not hear back we will assume approval and proceed to production. You may provide the exact name, quote or wording you want engraved; please enter this text at checkout.

Production & delivery

After you approve the proof we begin production, followed by a quality inspection and dispatch. Any requested modifications can extend delivery times; the more changes required, the longer production may take. We prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

For best results upload clear, high‑resolution photos showing the face from multiple angles where possible. We will email a proof for your approval before finalising production.
