How ordering works
Place your order and upload high-resolution photos and your engraved text. We will email you a proof during production to confirm likeness and engraving. Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email; if no response is received we will assume approval and continue with production. After approval we complete quality inspection and dispatch.

We require your email address to send production proofs and to contact you about any issues. If you request modifications these may extend production and delivery times; the more changes required the longer dispatch may take. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
