How ordering works

2. We will email a proof of the customised head for your approval (we require your email address to send proofs and to contact you about production queries).
3. Please reply within 48 hours of the proof email. If no response is received, we will assume approval and continue production.
4. Upon approval we proceed to production, perform quality inspection and dispatch your bobblehead.

Important: Any requested modifications can extend delivery time — the more changes required, the longer production may take. We prioritise quality and your satisfaction.
