Personalisation & Process
Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photo (as required for photo customisation). We will email a proof to the address you provide. Please confirm or request modifications within 48 hours; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed. After approval we complete production, carry out a quality inspection and dispatch.
Personalisation details: Only the head can be customised. The head will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expression; the body pose and clothing remain as shown in the product images. Fixed heads may be paired with any hairstyle; moveable heads can only be paired with short hair.
