How to order

1. Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photograph.
2. We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email address to send proofs and to contact you about production queries.
3. Reply to the proof email within 48 hours. No reply will be taken as approval to proceed.
4. Following approval we complete production, perform quality inspection and dispatch.

Production & delivery

Proof approval is part of our quality process. Any requested modifications may delay delivery; the greater the number of revisions, the longer production may take. We always prioritise finish and customer satisfaction.

Photo requirements & tips

For best results upload a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo showing the face straight-on. Short hairstyles only for bobble heads; stationary heads can use any hairstyle.
