3. Please respond within 48 hours to approve or request modifications; otherwise approval will be assumed and production will continue.

Refunds, production & delivery

Because each item is made-to-order, returns are restricted. Refund options:

• If you cancel immediately and design has not started — full refund available.
• If you cancel after design has started — 50% refund.
• If you cancel after production has started — no refund available.
