Why do you need my email address? We require your email address to send you proofs during production, ensuring the quality and your satisfaction with your customised product. It also allows us to contact you if any issues arise.
What is the customisation process for this product? Place your order and upload high-resolution photos → We’ll email a proof for your review → If you’re happy, we proceed to production. If not, we’ll make modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email, otherwise we’ll assume approval) → Quality inspection → Dispatch.
Will any modifications delay the delivery time? Yes. The more modifications required, the longer delivery may take. We always place quality and customer satisfaction first.
What are the requirements for photos when placing an order? For the best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution photograph. A front-facing, full-body image in bright clothing with no obstructions works best.
