We will replicate simple accessories and handheld items where possible; complex accessories, large props (tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals) or intricate gestures may not be faithfully reproduced.
Size note: the figure size represents the person standing (head-to-toe) and does not reflect sitting or lying height.
Production & proof process
Place your order and upload photos.
We email a design proof — please review within 48 hours. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue to production.
On approval, we proceed to production, perform a quality check and dispatch your personalised gift.
Refunds & returns
This is a bespoke, made-to-order product and cannot be returned for resale. Refunds are handled as follows:
If you cancel immediately after ordering and design/production has not started — full refund available.
If you cancel after the design stage has begun — 50% refund.
Why do you need my email address? We use your email to send design proofs during production and to contact you if any issues arise.

Will modifications delay delivery? Yes — delivery time depends on the number of revisions. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
