Reply within 48 hours to request modifications; if no response is received we will assume approval and continue to production.
Once approved we carry out a quality inspection and dispatch the finished personalised brick figure.
Refunds & returns
This product is bespoke and specially made, so it cannot be returned for resale once sold. Refunds are available only before design and production start.
