How to order

3. We will email a proof for your approval. Please ensure we have a valid email address — we use it to send proofs and to contact you about any production issues.
4. Reply to the proof email within 48 hours. If no reply is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and proceed to production.

- Photo requirements: Upload a clear, high-resolution photo for best likeness. Poor quality images may affect the final result.
- Modifications: Any requested changes can delay delivery. The more modifications needed, the longer production may take. We always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.
