• Material: ABS, eco-friendly and durable.
• Customisation scope: hairstyle, facial expression, clothing, common accessories and simple poses. Complex accessories, intricate hand-held items or elaborate gestures may not be perfectly reproduced but we will approximate them within the block structure. Large scene elements such as tables, chairs, musical instruments or animals are not included.
• Size note: Size refers to the person’s full standing stature from head to toe and does not represent the person’s actual height when sitting or lying.
• Photo requirements: Upload a high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photo with a clear view (no obstructions). Brightly coloured clothing or patterned outfits produce better detail.

How it works: Place your order and upload required photos. We will produce a proof and email it to you for approval. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed to production. After final approval we perform quality inspection and dispatch the item.

Refund & returns: This is a customised product and cannot be returned once produced. If you cancel immediately after ordering and before design has started, a full refund is available. If you cancel after design has started, only a 50% refund is available. Once production has started no refund or return is available. See our full refund policy.
