Notes: Complex accessories, intricate hand-held items, or specific gestures may not be perfectly reproduced. Large scene props are not included (e.g., tables, chairs, musical instruments, animals, etc.). We will do our best within the structure of small-particle building blocks to achieve a close likeness.
Photo guidelines (best results)
- Upload a high-resolution, front-facing, full-body photo
- Face fully visible (no sunglasses/masks), well lit, sharp focus
- Bright colours and patterned clothing help us match details
Materials & size
- Material: ABS, eco-friendly
- Size reference: the stated size is the standing height of the built figure (head to toe). Photos with seated or lying poses do not change the final standing height.
How the custom process works
- Place your order and upload your high-resolution photo(s)
- We email you a digital proof for approval
- Please reply within 48 hours; if no reply, we’ll proceed as approved
- After approval: production → quality inspection → dispatch

- Refunds: If you request a refund immediately after ordering and before design starts, a full refund is available. After design has started, a 50% refund is available. After production has started, refunds/returns are not available.
