How to Order & Customisation Process

- We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email address to send proofs during production and to contact you if issues arise.
- Reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email with any requested changes; otherwise we will assume approval and proceed.
- After approval we complete production, perform a quality inspection and dispatch your order.
Photo Requirements & Tips
For best results upload clear, high-resolution photos showing facial features and the chosen hairstyle. Multiple angles help us capture likeness more accurately.
Delivery & Modifications
Delivery time may be affected by the number and extent of modifications requested. The more revisions required, the longer production may take; we always prioritise quality and satisfaction.

Why do you need my email address? We require your email address to send proofs during production, ensuring quality and your satisfaction with your customised product. It also allows us to communicate with you should any other issues arise.
What parts can I personalise? Only the head can be personalised. The head will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. The body pose and clothing will remain the same as shown in the product images. Please note that fixed heads can be paired with any hairstyle, whilst moveable heads can only be paired with short hair.
What is the customisation process? Place your order and upload high-resolution photos → We'll ask if you're satisfied with the proof (via email) → If there are no issues, we'll proceed with production. Should there be any concerns, we'll work with you to make modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email, otherwise we'll assume approval to continue production) → Quality inspection → Dispatch.
Will modifications delay delivery? Yes, delivery times depend on the number of modifications required. The more modifications needed, the longer the delivery may take. However, we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction above all else.
