How to order

2. We will send a proof to your email for approval. Please reply within 48 hours; if we do not receive a response we will assume approval and continue production.
3. Once approved, we proceed to production, perform a quality inspection and dispatch.

Photo requirements: For the best likeness, upload clear, well-lit, high-resolution photographs showing front and side views where possible.

Production notes: Any requested modifications during proofing may extend delivery time — the more changes, the longer production may take. We always prioritise quality and satisfaction.
