How it works

1. Place your order and upload a clear, high-resolution photograph.
2. We will email a proof for your approval — we require your email address to send proofs and to contact you about any production issues.
3. Reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email. If no response is received within 48 hours we will assume approval and continue production.
4. After approval we perform a quality inspection and dispatch your bobblehead.

Modifications requested after proofing may extend delivery time; the more revisions needed the longer production may take. We always prioritise quality and satisfaction.
