Important Notice: Currently, we only offer Light Nougat skin colour (as shown in main picture). Facial hair customisation (beards/moustaches) is not available at this time. Additional skin tones are in development.

Production & Delivery

Each figure requires 2-3 business days for design and production. The size refers to the standing height from head to toe. All brick figures and scene accessories are packaged separately with assembly instructions provided.

Place your order and upload high-resolution photos → We'll send a proof for approval (via email) → If satisfied, we proceed with production. For any concerns, we'll work with you on modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email) → Quality inspection → Dispatch

Will modifications delay delivery time?

Yes, delivery times depend on the number of modifications required. The more modifications needed, the longer the delivery may take. However, we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction above all else.

What are the photo requirements?

For the best results, please upload clear, high-resolution photographs with good lighting, front-facing view, and full body visibility.
