Should there be any concerns, we'll work with you to make modifications (please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof email, otherwise we'll assume approval to continue production) → Quality inspection → Dispatch
Which parts can I personalise?
Only the head can be customised. The head will be personalised according to your chosen hairstyle and facial expression. The body pose and clothing will remain the same as shown in the product images. Please note that fixed heads can be paired with any hairstyle, whilst moveable heads can only be paired with short hair.
Will any modifications delay the delivery time?
Yes, delivery times depend on the number of modifications required. The more modifications needed, the longer the delivery may take. However, we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction above all else.
What are the requirements for photos when placing an order?
