What is the customisation process?
Place your order and upload high-resolution photos → We'll send proofs for approval → Provide feedback within 48 hours → Production begins after approval → Quality inspection → Dispatch
Will modifications delay delivery?
Yes, delivery times depend on the number of modifications required. The more modifications needed, the longer the delivery may take. However, we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction above all else.
What is your refund policy?
As this is a custom-made product, returns are generally not accepted. However, refunds are available if requested before production begins (100% refund), during design phase (50% refund), but not after production has started. Full details available in our refund policy.
