Place your order and upload photos → We'll send proofs for approval (via email) → Upon approval, we proceed with production. Please respond within 48 hours of receiving proofs, otherwise we'll assume approval → Quality inspection → Dispatch

Will modifications delay delivery?

Yes, delivery times depend on the number of modifications required. More modifications may extend delivery times, though we always prioritise quality and customer satisfaction.

What are the photo requirements?

For optimal results, please upload clear, high-resolution photographs that show full-body, front-facing views without obstructions.
