2. We will email a proof to the address you provide. We require your email to send proofs and to contact you should any issues arise.
3. Please reply within 48 hours of receiving the proof; if we do not hear back we will assume approval and proceed to production.

Production, modifications & delivery

After you approve the proof, we begin production. Any requested modifications may delay delivery — the more changes, the longer the timeline. We prioritise quality and will work with you to get the design right.

Refund & returns

Because this is a made-to-order product, returns are limited. Full refund is available only if you cancel immediately and design has not started.
