Since each set is uniquely designed from scratch, please allow 2–5 business days for design and production before shipping. Times may vary during peak seasons.
Because this is a custom-made item, unique to you, it cannot be resold. Our refund policy reflects the work put into your design:

• 50% Refund: If you cancel after design has started.
• No Refund: Once production has begun.
