- Please review the proof carefully. If you are happy, simply confirm. If you would like any modifications, please reply to the email within 48 hours.
- After your approval (or if we hear no feedback within 48 hours, we will assume approval), we proceed with production, followed by a quality check and dispatch.
Which parts can I personalise?
Only the head is customised. We will personalise the facial features and hairstyle based on your photos. The body pose and clothing remain fixed as shown in our product images. Remember: fixed heads can have any hairstyle, whilst bobbleheads (moveable heads) are only compatible with short hair.
Will modifications delay delivery?
Yes, requesting changes after the initial proof is sent will add to the production time. The number of modifications required will determine the length of the delay. Our priority is your satisfaction, so we will work with you to get every detail perfect.
What are the photo requirements?
For the best results, please provide a clear, high-resolution, front-facing photograph of the person's face in good lighting.
