3. Please review the proof carefully. If you are happy, you can approve it. If you would like changes, please reply to the email within 48 hours with your feedback. (If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will assume you are satisfied and proceed with production).
4. Once approved, we begin production, followed by a quality check before dispatching your unique figure.

Will any modifications delay the delivery time?

Yes, multiple rounds of modifications will extend the production time. Our goal is to get your perfect product to you as quickly as possible, but we will never compromise on quality. We prioritise your satisfaction above all else.
