- Stationary Head design can accommodate any hairstyle (unlike bobbleheads which are limited to short styles).
✨ How We Turn Your Photo into a Pet Bobblehead ✨
- Photo Selection: Choose high-quality photos that capture your pet's happiest or funniest expressions. The better the photos, the more accurate and lovable the result!
- Design Submission: Submit your design ideas (e.g., hair color, posture) when ordering. Our talented potter will respect your vision.
- Initial Sample & Modification: The potter creates a preliminary head sample based on your photos. We will then send the picture to you for your modification suggestions.
- CRITICAL STEP: You have 48 hours to reply with any modification requests after receiving the sample email. To prevent significant delays, if we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, we will proceed with production as is. Once production continues, no further modifications can be made.
- Finalizing: Once you confirm the head shape, we complete the rest of the bobblehead and prepare it for shipment!

If you'd like a preview of the initial head sample but can't find an online preview option, please place your order and then IMMEDIATELY contact our Customer Service team to request the preview be sent to your email.

Will the final color match my pet's exact complexion?
Due to the nature of polymer clay, the complexion may not be 100% identical to your real pet. The color will darken slightly after the necessary baking process. We strive for the closest possible match!
What if my bobblehead arrives with a quality issue?
Our Quality Promise: If your product has any non-human-caused quality issues within 60 days, we will gladly create and ship you an identical custom replacement absolutely free of charge. You can review our full commitment in our Refund Policy.
