2. Preview: Most orders offer a live preview. If you cannot find the preview button or it isn't working, please complete your order first. Then, contact us immediately, and we will happily email you a digital mock-up for your approval before we begin engraving.
3. Text: You can add a short message, name, or date to accompany the image.
⏱️ Production Timeline: Due to the custom craftsmanship involved, please allow 2-5 business days for us to meticulously engrave and polish your crystal before shipping.
We understand this is an emotional purchase. If there is any quality issue with your engraving or the crystal within 60 days of receipt (excluding accidental damage), we will remake and reship it to you for FREE. We want you to cry happy tears, not frustrated ones.
