What if I'm worried about the quality?

We stand behind our craftsmanship 100%. We offer a 60-day Quality Guarantee. If your product has any quality issues (non-human damage) within 60 days, we will customize and ship a replacement to you for free. You can read more in our Refund Policy.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Since this is a unique, custom-made item, it cannot be resold. Therefore, we cannot offer returns for "change of mind" once production has started. However, if you request a refund before design/production starts, a full refund is available. Once design starts, a 50% refund is available. See our policy for full details.
